Description

Departure from Barcelona at the scheduled time from your hotel. Arrival at the DALI Museum in Figueres, where the surrealist world awaits you. This museum, designed by Dalí himself, is a work of art in itself, with its extravagant facade and unique installations that capture the essence of the famous artist. At the museum, we will spend time admiring some of Dalí's most famous works, including paintings, sculptures and various installations that challenge the mind. For those who are not museum lovers, we can assure that the Dali Museum exceeds all expectations, not only for his paintings, but for his way of understanding the world of art. We will continue our route to the easternmost tip of the Iberian Peninsula, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, Cadaques. Cadaques is a charming seaside town on the Costa Brava, famous for its breathtaking scenery and its connection to the artist Salvador Dali. We will start our tour exploring the Church of Santa Maria, located in the upper part of the old town, offering breathtaking views of Cadaques and the Mediterranean Sea. From there, in a 1 hour walk through the cobblestone streets we will discover some stories and legends of pirates and Indians that will transport us to other times. Time for lunch. Optionally we can opt for a premium restaurant specialized in fish. Cadaqués is known for its white houses with blue doors and windows, which create a magical atmosphere. We will go relaxing inland, and only 30 minutes away, we will enjoy the wines of the region with Denomination of Origin Emporda. We will visit the winery with a wine tasting. Finally, we will close this adventurous day returning to Barcelona.
