Description
Departure at the indicated time from your hotel to the town of Cadaqués. Cadaqués is a charming seaside town on the Costa Brava, famous for its breathtaking scenery and its connection with the artist Salvador Dalí. First, we will visit the Cap de Creus Natural Park, located in the northeastern corner of Catalonia. This park is known for its stunning rocky landscape, hidden coves and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The lighthouse, dating from the mid-19th century, is an iconic landmark and offers an unparalleled perspective of the wild nature of the region. We will continue our tour in Cala Portlligat, a small bay near Cadaqués, known for being the home of the famous surrealist painter Salvador Dalí. The Salvador Dalí House-Museum, the residence where Dalí lived and worked for many years. The house is filled with works of art, personal objects and curiosities that reflect Dalí's life and creativity. After the visit, if we feel like it, we can opt for a light 1km walk to Cadaqués, or our vehicle will take us to the entrance of the village. Time for lunch. Optionally we can opt for a premium restaurant specializing in fish. In the afternoon, we will take a 1 hour guided visit through the cobblestone streets, where we will discover some stories and legends of pirates and Indians that will transport us to other times. We will see the Church of Santa Maria, located in the upper part of the old town, which offers stunning views of Cadaqués and the Mediterranean Sea. Finally, we will enjoy the quiet atmosphere on our own for 1 hour as we stroll through the small craft stores and art galleries that dot the center of town. This walk will allow you to capture the essence of Cadaqués and its Mediterranean charm. Finally return to your departure destination.Includes
